It is very hard to predict Arsenal games, because key players of the team are young and unstable. Because of their youth they can play very well if they show aggression and of course have a bit of luck that day.
Most important players in Arsenal I think is Arshavin and Fabregas. If they are a top of their form then no one can stop them. Of course need to mention about Chamakh. This striker is best striker in Arsenal at this moment. And that he showed last game against Wolves. Otherwise in last 4 games Arsenal score only 4 goals and they play with not very powerful clubs.
Everton team is good in defending, but last two games defense was bad, but I think this against Arsenal show their defensive potential. Last game they conceded goal in the end of game.
So I think best bet for this game is bet 2.5 under.  Both teams are good in defending. Both teams conceded 11 goals in 13 games. I expect 0-1 Arsenal win.

Chelsea after very strong season start at the moment they don't play very well. Lost against Liverpool and only 1 goal win against Fulham at home. I saw Chelsea games against Liverpool. In 1st half Chelsea can't create anything good and Liverpool was dominated. In 2nd half Chelsea totally dominated by ball possession, but was created only couple chances. I don't watched match against Fulham, so I can't say anything about this game. Only I can watch statistic. Possession 52-48. Not very good like home team. Shots on goal look much better 10-3. That show Chelsea was trying to win more than just 1 goal.
Sunderland without Bent is like team just with defense players. OK Gyan show good form at this moment and he got lucky. Last game his goal was after big defenders mistake. Sunderland took 1 point with tottenham, but I think that day luck was with Sunderland. Tottenham control all game and created a lot of chances.
OK Chelsea not best form at the moment, but I think they can beat Sunderland more than 1 goal.
